Claiming expired gaming tickets

Claiming expired slot, vlt or bingo tickets

Un-validated slot or vlt tickets that are more than thirty (30) days old are expired. Bingo account balances expire at the end of Game Day.

Following expiry, players can still make a request for payment from AGLC by submitting the following:

  1. Completed expired ticket form
  2. Original ticket(s)

Please send completed document(s) with the original ticket(s) to:

AGLC will review all requests for payment. Please note that this request may take up to two weeks to process once received.
