Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise liquor agencies and manufacturers of important amendments to Section 3.13 of the Liquor Agency Handbook and Section 4.4 of the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook (LMH).

Effective immediately, agencies and manufacturers are required to register liquor beverage containers directly with the Beverage Container Management Board (BCMB).

The updated policy handbooks may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
